A few weeks before the St Andrew's day, whole village on Rah island join to make 400 meters fishing nets by coconuts leaves, joint together, then take them out to the sea, very early in the morning on high tide, to make huge half circle.... then pull the leaves when low tide comes to make half circle smaller and smaller as lower you get and all fishes are trapped inside. They start fish by bow & arrows or what ever they have when the sea level comes below their knees. Fascinating festival to watch & witness. On 30th November, St Andrew's day, everyone to bring their fish to make Volcano bake.... I wont tell you too much, you just have to see it yourself.
